How to make noodles with chopped green onion and egg soup?
First prepare the ingredients (actually noodles, eggs, chopped green onion). I would like to remind you that noodles are best thin noodles, which will be more delicious. I bought egg noodles from Jinsha River, haha, old brand, don't worry! Others are salt, soy sauce and cooking oil (it is best not to use soy sauce, because the color is too heavy and the noodles will look very black).
The second step is to fry the eggs. It's simple. I have something directly similar to an omelet here. First, beat two eggs in a bowl and add a little salt (a little is really enough) for later use. Pour a little oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, turn it to a low heat. Pour in the eggs. When the eggs are almost solidified, turn them over for two or three times until the eggs smell fragrant and turn golden yellow, and then put them on a plate for later use. It's very important for a novice like me. Fry the eggs slowly in low heat, otherwise they will be easy to paste, hehe ~ delicious food needs patience)
Step three is very important! Cut the chopped green onion into small onion segments, about 0.8cm, not too small. Divide the chopped green onion into two parts, one is the onion segment and the other is the onion seedling. The millet pepper is also chopped. Add onion and millet pepper into the bowl. I have about two people here, so I will divide two bowls, and then add about a spoonful of soy sauce and a little salt to the two bowls for later use. Then there is fried scallion oil, which is very important! Put some oil in the pot, pour all the shallots in and stir-fry the fragrance. Pour the fried oil and onion into the two seasoning bowls just prepared and mix well for later use!
Step 4, add water to the pot (no need to wash the pot, the pot just fried with scallion oil smells good! ), boil the water, throw the noodles in, cook for about two minutes, scoop them up and put them in the ingredient bowl!
