Method
1. Soak the soybeans for several hours. I usually soak them. Take it one night and take it the next morning, with either hot or cold water.
2. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces
3. Put it in the soy milk machine, select the appropriate setting and press the start button. I chose the fruit and vegetable soy milk setting.
