2. Fill in the name, address, email address and other information, and place an order for payment.

3. After successful submission, the member number will be sent to you by email.

4. After purchasing membership online, you need to take photos at the counter in Costco store before you can apply for a card.

5. You need to print an order confirmation email and bring your ID card (passport, American driver's license) to the store to open a card.
