Babies within 3 months
Generally speaking, infants within 3 months should not add complementary food. However, vitamin D supplementation should start in the third week after birth. Breast-fed babies should add 2-3 drops of concentrated cod liver oil every day, and increase it to 4 drops when they are 3 months old, and feed them twice a day. From 2 months, you can feed your baby some vegetable juice and fruit juice. Give 1 tablespoon each time, then gradually increase it to 2-3 tablespoons, and feed it once in the morning and once in the evening.
