Ingredients: 300g of pork belly (roughly cut into 2cm×2cm× 1cm), 300g of diced potatoes (of any size), a little chopped onion, ginger and garlic, 4 petals of salt, star anise, pepper 10 slices, 50g of vermicelli, 30g of edible oil and 500g of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork belly and cut into pieces. Cook in cold water until cooked for 5 minutes. Don't wait for the water to boil, take out the pork when it turns slightly white.
2, stir-fry oil pan, white sugar stir-fry and color (brown sugar is also ok), if the color is not good, you can put a proper amount of soy sauce, add cooked meat, add star anise and pepper and stir-fry.
3. When the meat color is even, add 500g of water (not too much, try to add it all at once), cover the pot and stew for10-15min.
4. Add appropriate amount of salt, add potato pieces, and continue to stew for about 10 minutes.
5. Then add onion, ginger, minced garlic and vermicelli, simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
Second, stewed vermicelli
Ingredients: Dioscorea zingiberensis powder or (white lettuce taro powder) 150g, which is not easily broken and delicious. 500g pork belly, 250g baby cabbage, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
1, pork belly is washed and cut into pieces, Chinese cabbage is washed and cut into strips, and vermicelli is softened with boiling water.
2. Put the pork belly in a pressure cooker, add 2 pieces of star anise clove, cinnamon, pepper and dried pepper, take a little soy sauce, cover the meat with cooking wine and water for about 1cm, and press for 25 minutes.
3. Marinate the cabbage with some salt. Stir-fry the cabbage in a hot oil pan, uncover the pressure cooker and stew the cabbage and vermicelli together. It will take a few minutes. Add monosodium glutamate to the pot.
Douzi stewed meat
Ingredients: beans, pork belly, salt, soy sauce, minced garlic.
Exercise:
1, pinch off the tips at both ends of the beans, clean them and break them into small pieces. Slice pork belly into thick slices, and also cut some fat. Beans are oily vegetables, but they soften when they meet oil.
2. First fry the fat with a hot pot, then fry the pork belly, and then add the beans after the meat changes color.
3. Stir-frying beans is especially critical. Do not add water, open the lid and stir fry repeatedly, stir fry until it is emerald green, and then stir fry the beans, so that the stewed beans are beautiful in color and have no beany smell.
4. Add salt and soy sauce, add less water, and stew the beans until soft and rotten. Sprinkle some garlic before cooking.
Fourth, stew.
