Sealed, protected from light, placed in an environment of 5-25 degrees Celsius. The shelf life is one year.
Coated paper is often used to print pictorial, advertisements, landscape paintings, calendars, high-end books and other printed materials, and has great application potential in bidding documents, recipes, business cards, cards, product manuals, sample books, paperbacks and so on. Coated paper is smooth, smooth and shiny. When used in color printing, it has the characteristics of clear image, bright color and high saturation, and is widely used in small batch printing and digital proofing.
However, the coating of most coated paper is not designed for inkjet ink. It has excellent affinity for ink, but poor adsorption capacity for ink. When using dye ink, it often appears that ink is scattered and flowed, while when using pigment ink, it is easy to pile up ink.
By changing the characteristics of ink, ink can be easily absorbed by coated paper like printing ink, thus improving the effect of printing coated paper by inkjet printer. This is of course the easiest solution to think of, but it is very difficult to realize this solution. Under the previous technical conditions, it is difficult to make water-based environmental protection ink have the same affinity as the ink on coated paper while ensuring the smooth ink discharge from the printing nozzle.
Using "water-based universal pigment ink" and advanced constant temperature heating method, the ink droplets ejected at high speed instantly solidify on uncoated coated paper, making the image solidify faster and the color more vivid. This scheme is specifically "water-based universal pigment ink+printer with modified heating device+ordinary coated paper", and its core is water-based universal pigment ink. It is precisely because of the good adhesion of water-based universal pigment ink on the surface of coated paper that it can be perfectly presented in color and has good rubbing fastness. Water-based universal pigment ink embodies the theme of environmental protection from the production process, and does not contain volatile solvent components, thus ensuring the health of operators and surrounding people. It can be said that it is especially suitable for coated paper printing.
At present, there are three schemes for directly printing coated paper on the market:
First, ordinary water-based pigment ink can print coated paper by heating, but this scheme requires that the heating temperature is at least 50 degrees higher than the normal indoor temperature. Working in this high temperature environment for a long time will greatly reduce the service life of the printer. However, ordinary pigment ink is difficult to be absorbed on coated paper, and the printing effect often has the problems of coarse particles and poor scratch resistance, which is not ideal.
Second, direct printing with weak solvent ink. This scheme does not need heating, and the color and fastness of the printed pattern are satisfactory. However, its coloring, like solvent-based ink, is affected by the corrosion of the medium and the volatilization of the solvent, so the harmful components such as VOC in the solvent will slowly evaporate in the air. When people print like this, they can smell pungent and irritating smell. Working in such an environment for a long time will inevitably do harm to human health.
