Zhuang is the most populous minority in China, living in rice-growing areas. Therefore, Zhuang people like to eat rice and rice porridge, food made of glutinous rice, pigs, cows, chickens, ducks and fish, drink and be hospitable. The traditional specialties of Zhuang nationality include five-color glutinous rice, bamboo rice, zongzi, lotus paste cake, blood sausage, Zhuangjiajiao rammed chicken and so on.

1, five-color glutinous rice, also known as "black rice", is a traditional snack in Buyi and Zhuang areas, and it is named because glutinous rice has five colors: black, red, yellow, purple and white.
