1, Flammulina velutipes scrambled eggs

2. Break up 3 eggs, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate (chicken essence is better), wash Flammulina velutipes, cut into 2cm long, and mix well in the eggs.

2. Scrambled eggs with pork liver (unheard of)

Ingredients: 2 or 3 eggs are broken. A piece of pig liver

Practice: Slice pork liver, add a little raw flour, yellow wine and soy sauce, and marinate with egg liquid (just a little) 10 minute.
