Prepare more vegetables.
For example, zucchini and celery sticks are all good choices.
In color matching, red and green will also look good.
Garlic and ginger are necessities for cooking, needless to say.
Step 3: Cook noodles in cold water.
Why don't you cook noodles first? Because the noodles are smooth and cooked in cold water, you don't have to worry about caking and the taste won't be fluffy.
Boil water, add noodles and cook to your liking. If it is too hard, you can add cold water in the middle, but don't cook the fried noodles too soft.
Look, this noodle is so elastic and slippery. You need to add cold water twice in the middle.
Cool it after cooking.
Immediately after that, the water is drained and taken out. Just leave it like this, there is no need to mix oil. The reason for mixing oil in restaurants is that it is kept for a long time and in large quantities, so this problem does not exist at home.
Step 4: stir fry.
Saute ginger and garlic first, stir-fry the meat, and add pepper noodles, thirteen spices, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. These seasonings are enough.
Then, add tomatoes, stir fry a few times, and add some water to make soup, preferably more water.
Then, add side dishes. If it's not easy to cook, put that first, and the side dishes that are easy to cook can be put behind.
Make up salt. After frying, you can transfer it to another bowl or basin, or you can just leave it there if there are too many pots.
Step 5: stir fry.
Fire, put vegetables under it, noodles on it, and some soy sauce.
Mix and stir-fry, so that the flavors of meat, vegetables, noodles and soup are fully mixed under the heating of fire, and the fragrance is released to the maximum extent.
