Grandma’s Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
Chicken, eggs, cowpeas, garlic, spicy millet
Method:
1. Wash the vegetables you bought several times (because they are very salty and have sand mixed in them)
2. Chop the cowpeas, garlic, millet and pepper, fry the eggs and set aside
3. Pour a little oil into the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant + cowpeas
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry

5. Pour in the fried eggs and millet, stir-fry evenly and serve
