With a total area of 495 square kilometers, it consists of two major plates, namely, the Xihai Lake area of Lushan Mountain and Yunju Mountain. Among them, the lake area is 308 square kilometers, and the mountain area 187 square kilometers.
There are Yunju Mountain and Bibo Green Island with profound Buddhist culture, Zhelin Lake with first-class atmosphere and first-class water quality in the scenic spot. This type of landscape resources closely combined with mountain landscape and large-scale lake island scenery is rare in China.
On June 5438+February 3, 2005, approved by the State Council, Yunjushan-Zhelin Lake Scenic Spot, the predecessor of Lushan West Sea, was listed as the sixth batch of national scenic spots by the State Council.
