Methods/steps

Open the Mac computer and click Launchpad to enter the program page, as shown in the figure.

Click the digital table icon, as shown.

Click on the blank space to create a new table, as shown.

Click File Options in the upper left corner of the page to pop up a drop-down menu, as shown in the figure below.

Click Save to save the contents of the form, as shown in the figure.

Give the form a name so that it can be found easily in the future. You can choose the storage location of the form by pulling down the triangle, as shown in the figure.
