Foreword
I haven’t posted any recipes during the Chinese New Year. Today is the perfect day. During the Chinese New Year, my relatives gave me a gift box with oranges in it. My mother took it out today and saw that some of them were going bad. Fortunately, I removed the bad piece, used the good half of the orange, and added glutinous rice balls to make orange-flavored glutinous rice balls, which tasted pretty good.
Ingredients
Main ingredients: 2 oranges;
Accessories: appropriate amount of glutinous rice balls, appropriate amount of water
Orange-flavored glutinous rice balls
1
Put water into the pot and bring to a boil
2
Peel off the orange peel, remove the white part of the orange peel with a knife, and cut into pieces
3
Put the orange peel into the water
4
Pour the glutinous rice balls into the pot
5
Cook until the glutinous rice balls float
6
Pour the squeezed orange juice into the pot and continue cooking for about 10 minutes
Tips
When processing orange peels, it is best to cut off the white part inside with a knife, so that the boiled water will not be bitter
