Homemade strawberry jam

Sterilize the heat-resistant glass jar or cup with hot water, and then add appropriate strawberry jam. The homemade strawberry jam is not very thick, which is very suitable for making this kind of overnight cereal. If you choose jam on the market, it will be very thick. I used homemade sugar-free yogurt, so I added strawberry jam. If you use sweet yogurt on the market, you should consider whether you like sweet cereal overnight. You can also choose to put yogurt directly at the bottom of the glass jar without jam.

Add jam and spread a thin layer of sugar-free yogurt.

Put a layer of granola on yogurt, or ordinary granola will do. There are dried blackcurrants and mangoes in my granola, so these dried fruits are sweet, so there will be less jam and not too much cereal.

Spread yogurt jam on cereal, and then add cereal.

As long as I repeat the steps, I usually use three layers of jam, three layers of cereal and four layers of yogurt, so that yogurt cereal can be made overnight. It is suggested that yogurt be laid on the bottom first, so that the cereal will not be very dry. After it is done, seal it in the refrigerator and keep it fresh. It can be eaten as breakfast or dinner the next morning.
Cooking tips
Granola contains all kinds of dried fruits, such as dried cranberries and raisins, so it will be very sweet to eat. If you don't like too sweet, sugar-free yogurt is recommended.
