How does Siemens steamer steam steamed bread?
Add yeast to the flour and mix well. Add salt, eggs and cooking oil. Slowly add the milk and stir with chopsticks until the flour becomes flocculent. (Adjust the amount of liquid appropriately)
Knead the dough by hand until it becomes smooth and lumpy.
Ferment in a steamer at 40℃ for 70 minutes (the time can be adjusted appropriately to make the dough double in size).
Take out the dough and knead it for ten minutes. If the dough is too sticky, you can mix a proper amount of dried noodles.
Divide the dough into small pieces, knead it into a circle, and put it in a steamer 10 minute.
Steam the dough at 100℃ 15 minutes. Don't take it out at once when the time is up, let it stand for 5 minutes.
Take out the steamed bread and eat it.

The steaming time is very important. I tried 18 and 22 before, and all of them had different degrees of retraction.
