Ingredients: cucumber, prawn, corn, salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and soybean oil.
Practice: remove the shell and thread from the shrimp, wash it with water, add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce and mix well to taste. Wash the corn kernels, control the water, peel the cucumber, and cut into 3mm thick slices for later use. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger until fragrant, add corn kernels and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add shrimps and stir-fry cucumber slices slightly, and season with a little salt.
Sauté ed cucumber with perilla
Ingredients: cucumber, perilla leaf, red pepper, Chili sauce, minced garlic and salt.
Practice: Wash cucumber and slice, and wash perilla leaves. Heat the oil pan, fry the cucumber until golden on both sides, pour it into the colander and drain the oil. Reheat the wok, add minced garlic, red pepper and perilla until fragrant, add cucumber, Chili sauce and salt, stir well and drain.
