Potato cake

Potatoes, leftovers, eggs, ham slices, carrots, corn flour, chives, chicken powder, salt and pepper.
working methods
1, sliced ham, diced chives and shredded carrots.
2. Scrape potatoes to prevent them from turning black when soaking.
3. Beat the eggs into egg liquid.
4. Prepare a small bowl of rice 1.
5. Add shredded potatoes, shredded radish, minced leeks, minced ham and corn flour into the egg mixture and stir well.
6. Add rice and mix well.
7. Add appropriate amount of chicken powder, salt and pepper to taste according to personal taste.
8. Heat the oil pan, put 1 spoon of material into the pan with a spoon, flatten it slightly into a circle, and fry until both sides are golden.
Cold hot and sour potato shreds

Dried potatoes, peppers, garlic, sweet and sour salt and pepper, soy sauce and Chili oil.
working methods
1, shredding potatoes, soaking in cold water 15 minutes or more;
2. Cut the dried pepper into sections and chop the garlic;
3. Boil the shredded potatoes in water for 2 minutes, remove the drained water and put it in a bowl;
4. Add sugar, vinegar, pepper noodles, salt, soy sauce and Chili oil, and then add minced garlic and dried Chili;
5. burn oil. When the oil is hot, pour the oil on the minced garlic and dried pepper (this will make the seasoning fragrant) and mix well ~
Dry-baked shredded potatoes
Ingredients: a medium-sized potato.
Accessories: peanut oil, salt, pepper, chopped green onion and red pepper.
working methods
1. Slice the potatoes and mix with salt and pepper.
2. Put the oil into a pot (preferably a pan). When the oil temperature is slightly hot, add shredded potatoes, spread evenly, continue to simmer on low heat until one side is formed and turned over.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and red pepper before cooking.

Tomatoes and shredded potatoes

working methods
1. Wash tomatoes and potatoes, cut into pieces and shred them separately.
2. Heat the pan a little more oil, add tomatoes and shredded potatoes at the same time, and stir fry until the tomatoes become mushy.
3. Season with salt, chicken essence and sugar and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Sweet and sour shredded potatoes
Ingredients: one potato.
Accessories: half a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of sugar, one spoonful of vinegar and three spoonfuls of sesame oil.
working methods
1, shred potatoes, soak them in clear water for 10 minute, then change the water for 10 minute, and then rinse them for later use. If you don't understand, you can refer to my recipe of vinegar and potato shreds, with illustrations.
2, pour in three spoonfuls of Yi Shu Hall sesame oil, hot pot, turn to medium heat, pour in the prepared shredded potatoes, stir-fry until the potatoes begin to turn from shallow to deep.
3, put half a spoonful of salt, stir fry evenly. Add another spoonful of sugar and mix well.
4. Then pour in a tablespoon of vinegar and a handful of pepper and stir fry.
