Chicken wings, cola, green beans, cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, salt
Method
1. Quick-frozen green beans and water Soak in and defrost, put into a pot of boiling water, add appropriate amount of salt, cook and remove.
2. Wash the chicken wings, cut both sides with three cuts, scald them in boiling water, remove the bleeding water, and rinse thoroughly.
3. Heat the frying pan, add oil, turn to low heat, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add ginger, cooking wine, June fresh soy sauce, and appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until browned.
4. Pour in a can of Coke and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
5. When the soup thickens, reduce the heat to dry and place on a plate, sprinkle with green beans.
