Ingredients: matcha powder 1 teaspoon, low-gluten powder 80g, a little sugar, proper amount of oil and water.

Steps:

1. Mix the matcha powder, baking soda powder and low-gluten powder evenly, sieve, add sugar and stir evenly.

2. Add oil and water, cut and mix well.

3. Cut and mix until it can agglomerate gradually.

4. Put the dough into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into even thin slices with a rolling pin.

5. Tear open the fresh-keeping bag, carve a pattern on the dough with a mold and put it on the baking tray. (If the dough is too soft to operate, it can be refrigerated 1 hour before operation).

6. Bake in a preheated oven 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Time is for reference only. Everyone's oven temperature is different. It's best to observe more for the first time, and don't burn the cookies.

7. After baking, cool thoroughly, and then seal and store.
