Steps of Chili fried noodles
Step 1: Clean the peppers and remove their stalks. Pepper seeds can go or not. Zanthoxylum seeds are actually very fragrant when fried. I won't go this time. Chili peppers are cut into finger-belly-sized Chili rings.

Choose peppers. If you like spicy food, you can choose line pepper, millet and spicy food. If you don't like spicy food, you can choose vegetable pepper.
