1. Wash and chop leeks.
2. Wash and chop the beans.
3. Dice the barbecued pork.
4. Heat the oil pan and fry the beans until cooked.
5. Add the barbecued pork and stir fry for a minute or two.
6. Then add rice and salt and stir fry for three or four minutes.
7. Add chopped green onion.
8. Add the right amount of soy sauce and mix well.

It is best to use leftovers for fried rice. Fried rice has distinct grains and a very good taste.
