Practice of stewing ribs with potatoes
Ingredients: potato 150g, sparerib 300g, ginger 1, garlic 3 petals, star anise 2, fragrant leaves 2, pepper 5g.

Steps:

Slice 1 and 1 slices of ginger, cut 3 slices of garlic in half, and cut potatoes into pieces and put them in a bowl filled with clear water.

2. Wash the ribs, put them in the pot, add 2 slices of ginger, boil them with 1 tbsp cooking wine, skim off the floating foam, take out the ribs and drain the water.

3. Add the right amount of oil to the pot, and the oil temperature is 70% hot. Add chopped ginger, garlic and bean paste to stir-fry red oil, stir-fry spareribs until there is no water, add 2 star anise, 2 fragrant leaves, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, stir-fry evenly, and add appropriate amount of water to boil (just equal to spareribs).

4. Add potato pieces and continue to stew 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp chicken essence, stir well and serve.
