Materials:
500g of yellow croaker, tofu 1 piece, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt.
Exercise:
1. Cut the yellow croaker and wash it; Dice tofu; Sliced ginger; Coriander powder.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add yellow croaker and ginger slices, and fry for 3 minutes; Add the right amount of water.
3. After the fire boils, pour in the chopped tofu, add appropriate amount of salt, and simmer on low heat 15 ~ 20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and parsley before cooking.
