Exercise 1
1. Preparation materials: appropriate amount of vegetables, eggs, noodles, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil.
2. Heat the oil in the pan, add the eggs and fry until the eggs are boiled. Do not stir, otherwise it will not be easy to form.
3. Add water to the pot, boil, add noodles, add eggs and vegetables.
4. Prepare seasoning, then add salt, soy sauce and pepper to the bowl. After the seasoning bowl is finished, take out the noodles when they are cooked, then add the eggs and vegetables into the bowl and stir them evenly to serve.
Exercise 2
1. Prepare ingredients: leeks, eggs, noodles, tomatoes and salt.
2. Wash and slice tomatoes and leeks for later use.
3. Then boil the water in the pot. After the water boils, add the eggs directly and cook them into poached eggs, and then you can fish them out.
4. Heat oil in the pot, add tomatoes and leeks and stir fry.
5. Then put pepper in the pot, stir-fry with tomatoes and leeks, add appropriate amount of water after stir-frying, boil it to make soup, and take it out.
6. Boil the water, put it in a bowl, pour the soup, add the eggs, noodles and poached eggs, and it will be ready.
Exercise 3
1. Prepare ingredients: ham, eggs, noodles and onions.
2. Slice the ham, wash the onion and cut into sections for later use.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, pour the onion into the pot and stir fry, then add the right amount of water and salt.
4. After the water boils, add ham sausage and eggs, and shape the poached eggs.
5. Cook poached eggs for 5-7 minutes.
6. After the noodles are cooked, take them out of the pot and put them into a seasoning bowl, which is mainly prepared according to personal preferences.
