Ingredients: stinky tofu, bean paste.
Exercise:
1, the stinky tofu is washed and cut into pieces, and each piece is cut into small pieces in a "well" shape.
2. Heat the pan and pour the oil into it. When the oil is hot, add the chopped stinky tofu and fry it in two batches. Stir-fry each batch for 2 or 3 minutes, drain the oil and remove it for use.

Then pour in the fried stinky tofu and add a tablespoon of soy sauce. No need to add salt, the bean paste is already salty, two teaspoons of sugar, a proper amount of water (just soak the stinky tofu), boil it, and then turn the heat down.
4. After a small fire for 4 or 5 minutes, collect the fire juice. Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion and serve. Don't collect all the soup. It is more delicious to leave some.
Soybean cheese
Ingredients: a piece of tofu, a bag of beef sauce, and a little garlic.
Exercise:
1. Cut the tofu into large pieces, fry it in the oil pan and take it out for later use;
2, leave a little base oil, stir-fry garlic slices, then pour in beef sauce and stir-fry, then pour in fried tofu, stir-fry carefully, break the tofu, stew for 2 minutes, and drain the soup.
