Ingredients: 2 pieces of cod, tofu 1 piece.
Seasoning: salad oil, salt, soy sauce 1 spoon, onion 1 root, 4 slices of ginger, 2 dried peppers, cooking wine 1 spoon, starch.
Exercise:
1. Clean cod, cut into sections, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, sprinkle with some dry starch, and fish well.
2. Put oil in the pan and fry cod on low heat.
3. Fry the cod on both sides and push it aside. Add onion, ginger and dried pepper.
4. Stir-fry onion and ginger and add soy sauce.
5. Add clean water without cod and turn to medium heat.
6. Put the tofu in the medium fire, cut it into small pieces, stew it in the pot until 10- 15 minutes, then turn off the fire and take it out.
Spicy cod
Ingredients: 2 cod.
Seasoning: salad oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, onion 1, dried pepper, fresh pepper and garlic.
Exercise:
1. Freeze two cod, thaw naturally and wash.
2. Put the meat cleaver obliquely on the fish, it will taste better.
3. Put oil in the pan, heat it, and fry cod in the pan.
Be careful not to turn over easily, fry one side and then the other.
Here comes the secret weapon, a green pepper specially bought for me by a friend when he traveled to Chengdu, fresh and vacuum packed.
6. Add pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onion slices, water and salt, and my favorite green pepper, and stew for half an hour.
