Ingredients: Chili, pork belly, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger powder, spiced powder, starch, broth, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, sugar and oil.
Exercise:
Step 1: Wash and chop pork belly into mud, add soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger powder, spiced powder, starch and broth, stir well and marinate for 10 minute. Peel garlic and chop ginger.
Step 2: Clean the green pepper by removing seeds and pedicels, and stuff the marinated meat into the green pepper one by one.
Step 3: Pour oil into the pot, heat it, add green pepper and fry until golden brown.
