It doesn't matter whether you add purple potato or not.

Step 1

Wash rice according to the normal food intake at home and add water. Well, in fact, water really depends on feeling, but if it has to be quantified, it is probably that water is almost one knuckle taller than the meter.

Second step

If you want to eat miscellaneous grains, you can cut a purple potato or sweet potato and put it on your rice. Water doesn't need extra!

Third step

Turn on the fire, turn off the fire when the water boils. My family is using a glass pot now. I can turn it off as soon as I see the water bubbling. I used that kind of clay pot rice, but I turned it off at first. However, this may require opening the lid, and some shallow pots are easy to overflow.

Fourth step

Stew 1-2 minutes, and simmer for 2 minutes. If you want to eat crispy rice, you can extend 1 minute.

Step five

Don't eat it immediately after turning off the fire, or the rice will stick to the pot and won't wash well. You'd better wait ten minutes before eating.
