How to make milky taro bread?

The basic bread recipe is no longer tedious. I used a bread machine to knead the dough and ferment it for the first time. Put all the wet ingredients into the bread machine first, and then the dry ingredients. Select the dough function of the bread machine and stir for about 15-20 minutes. After the dough becomes chewy, add the softened butter (you can put it in the microwave for 10-20 minutes). It will soften in 15 seconds)

When the dough has fermented in the bread machine for the first time, take it out and deflate it. The amount of flour in my recipe can make 18 pans, that is, 2 10-inch baking pans, 9 pans each. After deflating, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cover with a film to prevent the surface from drying out.

The amount of taro in the recipe is 18. If you only make 9, you can reduce it by half. Steam the taro until it is hot. Add the butter and sugar and mix well. Set aside. This can be cooked in a bread machine. Prepare while kneading and rising the dough.

After waking up, take a round dough, flatten it with the palm of your hand, roll it into an oval with a rolling pin, cover it with taro paste heart, and then roll it up from top to bottom, making sure that the heart is rolled in and not leaking out. .

After rolling it up, close it and slowly roll it into a round shape.

10Place a baking sheet with oiled paper and place six rounded taro dough balls.

First turn on the oven at 170 degrees for 2-3 minutes to let the oven get a little warm, then turn it off. Do not turn it on for too long. Too high a temperature is not conducive to fermentation. Put the baking sheet into an oven at 38 degrees for secondary fermentation. At the same time, put a cup of hot water in the oven to maintain humidity. Remember to put a layer of film on the baking sheet to prevent the surface from drying out. It will take about an hour to reach the size as shown in the picture. The baking pan should be 90% high. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds or soufflé for decoration.

When brushing with egg wash, preheat the oven to 176 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), then put the dough in and bake for 20-25 minutes. After the surface is colored, it is basically ready. Take it out, cool it, and it's delicious when it's warm. If it's cold, you can microwave it for 15 seconds and eat it, which is also good.

The last picture I made was not made this time. A piece of it was wiped out before I could take a photo:) I used the previous picture and it’s the same
