Tools/Materials Broccoli, Lean Meat, Red Pepper, Garlic, Peanut Oil, Soy Sauce, Salt and Starch.
Prepare all the ingredients: one broccoli, one red pepper, moderate lean meat and two cloves of garlic. Broccoli is delicious only when it is tender and green.
