The practice of spicy duck neck:
1. Tear the duck neck, soak it for one hour and wash it, as shown in the figure.
2. Shred red pepper, shredded onion and ginger, and put on a plate for later use, as shown in the figure.
3. Add cold water to the pot, and duck neck cold water into the pot, as shown in the figure.
4. After the water is boiled, skim off the floating foam, as shown in the figure.
5. Take out the duck neck and drain it for later use, as shown in the figure.
6. Add oil to the pot, heat it, add onion and ginger until fragrant, add pepper and red pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
7, add water, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, boil.
8. Put the duck neck 15-20 minutes or so, and turn off the fire.
9. Take out the duck neck, let the marinade cool, then put it in the duck neck and soak it overnight.
