Practice steps
1, prepare materials (this bean is self-produced with a little white adzuki bean)
2. Wash adzuki beans and soak them in cold water for one and a half hours.
3. Wash the pig bones, add a proper amount of ginger slices and put them in cold water in the pot to boil off the blood and oil.
4. Wash and dry cuttlefish, cut into small pieces and fry in oil.
5. Add the ingredients together into the casserole and inject a proper amount of water (my water is two and a half spoonfuls).
6. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn to low heat for two hours.
7. Put the right amount of chicken essence and salt into the pot, turn off the fire and simmer for a while.
8. Just put the coriander in a bowl, and it smells good in your mouth.
