Raw materials:
5 turtledoves, mung beans 15g, cooked carrots 25g, and liqueur 100g. Jiu Shao 15g, soy sauce 25g, onion 6g, ginger 5g, sugar 5g, salt 1g, monosodium glutamate 1.5g, flour 20g, wet starch 15g, sesame oil 10g, and cooked vegetable oil 500g (actual oil).
Production process:
