Xi 'an Mosque is the largest and best-preserved mosque in Xi 'an and one of the four major Islamic temples in China. The layout of the temple is strictly in accordance with the Islamic system, and the patterns of seaweed and creeping weeds carved in the temple are all carved from Arabia, which is very wonderful.
(2) Distance 0.3km: Drum Tower
Xi 'an Drum Tower is located at the southern end of Beiyuanmen Street, facing the bell tower. It was built in the 13th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (AD 1380), a little earlier than the bell tower. The Drum Tower is built on a high rectangular platform, and there is a north-south voucher hole with a height and width of 6 meters under the platform. The building is built in the center of the pedestal, which is a pavilion-like building with beam frame and wood structure, with seven rooms wide and cloisters around it.
