Culture of fleshy roots
1, land selection and land preparation
Choose a fertile land, turn it deep and apply 3000 kilograms of organic fertilizer and 20 kilograms of calcium phosphate, and finally level it for use.
2. Seed treatment
Choose healthy and full seeds, dry them and soak them in cold water, then take them out and drain them for later use.
Step 3: sow.
(1) Sowing time: June-July.
(2) Sowing method: shallow furrows are dug in the field at the row spacing of 25cm, and after sowing, soil is covered and plastic film is covered for watering.
(3) Post-sowing management technology: after emergence, cut off the plastic film, topdressing nitrogen fertilizer 1 ~ 2 times 20 ~ 30 days after emergence, loosening the soil to weed, observing the degree of wet and dry in the field, and watering appropriately. After 3 months, spraying 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1 ~ 2 times on the leaves to promote the growth of fleshy roots.
4. Dig roots to dry.
10 ~ 1 1/in late October, the whole fleshy root was dug out, and the withered old leaves were removed, leaving a petiole of 1 cm at the base of the leaves and drying in the sun.
Frozen storage
Put the dried meat roots in a box, transport them directly to the cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius, freeze them for a while, and then heat them to minus 7 degrees Celsius for long-term storage.
Hydroponics
1, thawing
The fleshy roots were thawed at a constant temperature of zero degrees Celsius for 2 days.
Step 2 clean
Remove the root tips of fleshy roots and clean them, and put them into a Petri dish with running water, with the water level at half of the fleshy roots. Then the humidity of the growth environment is controlled at 92-95%, and the temperature is kept at 18-20 degrees Celsius for 7 days. After cooling to 1℃, the growth lasts for 7 days, and then continues to cool to 1℃ and then grows for 7 days.
3. Hydroponics
Cutting off the base of the bud, peeling off the damaged external leaves, packaging, and storing at zero degrees Celsius to complete hydroponics.
