Tools/Materials Chicken, kelp, red dates, peony, pepper, roadside ginger, cuttlefish, pig's trotters, salt.
0 1 kelp is soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, and then washed.
Wash cuttlefish and red dates for use.
Clean the footboard, soak it in water, clean it again, then cut it into small pieces and put it on a plate for later use.
Wash chicken and pig's trotters for later use.
Pour the chicken and pig's trotters into a hot pot and fry them, stirring constantly.
When the chicken color changes and the pigskin becomes firm (fragrant), add a proper amount of white wine to remove the fishy smell and have a bouquet.
Then add some water and simmer.
Then we add kelp silk, as shown in the figure below, and simmer for 2 hours.
