Tools/materials: Pleurotus eryngii, lean meat, sweet potato powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, tea oil and chives.
0 1 First, wash the bought Pleurotus eryngii and cut it into thin slices, as shown below.
Then put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour in Pleurotus eryngii after the water boils, and cook for five minutes, as shown in the figure below. Just cook Pleurotus eryngii until it is slightly transparent.
Then cut the lean meat into thin slices and wrap it with appropriate amount of sweet potato powder, as shown in the figure below. Lean meat wrapped in sweet potato powder can better keep the meat fresh and tender, and it won't get stuck when eating.
Then pour the wrapped lean meat into the pot and cook for three minutes, as shown below.
Then add a spoonful of tea oil to the pot and cook for two minutes, as shown below.
Then add the right amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to the pot, as shown in the figure below.
Then cut the shallots into chopped green onions, sprinkle them in the pot and cook for a while before serving.
A delicious Pleurotus eryngii lean broth is ready, I hope you will like it.
