a recipe for a Heinz bread maker
I usually don't use one-button to make bread with a bread maker, because the one-button program of the bread maker is fixed, and it won't judge whether there is flour mixing, fermentation and baking.
Simple operation steps of the bread maker
1. Weigh all the materials except butter, pour them into the bread bucket, and perform the dough kneading mode for 15-2 minutes. The dough is smooth+the softened butter can be added after the thick film is pulled out.
2. After adding butter, add a "dough mixing" mode until the butter is completely absorbed, the dough is smooth and delicate, and a thin and unbreakable film can be pulled out.
3. start the dough fermentation mode and ferment until the hole does not retract or collapse. The time is about 4-6 minutes, the summer time is short and the winter time is long. In the end, the state will prevail. Time is just a reference. Remember to put a semi-wet cloth on the bread bucket when fermenting.
4. take out the bread for venting, shaping or stuffing
5. put the dough after shaping (stuffing) for the second fermentation for 4-6 minutes, and also cover the surface of the bread barrel with a wet cloth
6. start the independent baking mode for 5-6 minutes, and choose "medium" for coloring.
7. After baking, take out the bread and cool it immediately.
