Braised stinky tofu
Ingredients:
Stinky tofu, bean paste
Method:
1. Tofu Wash and cut into pieces, cut each piece into small pieces in a "well" shape.
2. Heat the pot and pour in oil. When the oil is hot, add the cut stinky tofu and fry in 2 batches, 2 in each batch. Drain the oil after 3 minutes and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the onion and ginger into the oil pot and saute until fragrant, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry together. Then pour in the fried stinky tofu and add a tablespoon of soy sauce. Don't add salt, the bean paste is already salty, use two teaspoons of sugar, an appropriate amount of water (just enough to soak the stinky tofu), bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.
4. Cook over low heat for 4 minutes. After 5 minutes, reduce the juice over high heat. Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion and serve. Don’t finish all the soup. Leave some for better taste.
Spicy stinky tofu
Ingredients:
20 pieces of stinky tofu, 4 pickled peppers, 1 spoon of spicy sauce, and a little water starch.
Method:
1. Pour a little oil into the pot, fry the stinky tofu cubes over low heat;
2. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, and then fry it. Flip the stinky tofu over and fry until golden brown, then remove it and put it on a plate;
3. Leave a little oil in the pot, soak the chopped pieces and put them in;
4. After the aroma comes out, pour in the spicy sauce and then the water starch;
5. Stir the ingredients until the soup is thick;
6. Add the prepared Pour the spicy sauce over the fried stinky tofu.
