Ingredients: sole meat 1000g, asparagus 200g, mushrooms 200g, 4 eggs, garlic 20g, minced meat 200g, and raw flour 30g.
Exercise:
1. Drain the prepared sole meat, then sprinkle with salt and pepper for curing. After pickling, add raw flour and appropriate amount of water and stir well.
2. Stir the eggs, oil and salt into the raw flour, and then fry the stirred raw flour into an egg roll in a pot.
3. Put minced meat on the egg roll, roll it up and steam it, fry the fish pieces into golden brown, and then fry the mushrooms and asparagus.
4. Finally, stir-fry the garlic slices, then add water, oyster sauce and honey to cook them, and thicken them with raw powder water.
