4. Mix the bread crumbs and cheese crumbs, wrap the chicken wrapped in olive oil with bread, and bake on a baking tray for 25-30 minutes. Look at the crumbs on the surface. It's basically not bad. If you are not at ease, use a thermometer to measure that the internal temperature of the thickest part of the meat reaches165 F. If the temperature does not reach, continue roasting.
