Zucchini and Beef Rice
Ingredients: beef, zucchini, carrots
Method:
1. Slice the beef, add a little salt, Marinate with a little starch and peanut oil for 20 minutes;
2. Fry the beef until it changes color and set aside;
3. Adjust the sauce: one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce , a little starch and water;
4. Add the garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, add zucchini and carrot shreds and stir-fry until soft, add beef, pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly.
