2. Shred pork and marinate with a little soy sauce, pepper, starch and vegetable oil.
3. Wash leeks, filter and cut into sections, and shred ginger.
4. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of starch, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine into sauce for later use.
