Recipe practice:

Dice a little strawberry and mash the rest.

350ML of milk, a little vanilla powder (if you want a strong milk flavor, add some light cream, 150ML is enough).

Milk, vanilla and 30 grams of sugar are melted by heating.

Add10g gelatin powder into strawberry jam.

Slowly add the boiled milk into the strawberry puree and heat it on low heat.

Filter with a sieve and filter several times more, and the foam will be reduced.

Let it stand for a while, and then pour it into the mold.

Refrigerate for 2 hours, then take out and demould.
