Recommended practice: fresh shrimp asparagus
Ingredients: fresh white shrimp, asparagus, ginger, garlic and salt.
Exercise:
1. Peel the white shrimp, remove the mud intestines and clean it;
2. Wash asparagus and cut it into small pieces for later use;
3. Pat garlic into paste and slice ginger for later use;
4. After the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger slices into the pot;
5. Pour in shrimp and asparagus and stir-fry until cooked.
