Braised carp

Composition:

Live carp, peanut oil, starch, green onion, soy sauce, Tricholoma matsutake, cooking wine, ginger, monosodium glutamate, pepper, Chili noodles, refined salt and sesame oil.

Exercise:

1. Wash fresh carp, remove scales and gills, cut it with a knife at the abdominal node, remove internal organs, wash off blood foam, and cut both sides with 5 knives.

2. After soaking Tricholoma matsutake in water, wash the sediment, remove the pedicle, peel the scallion, wash it and cut it into filaments; Wash ginger, peel and slice.

3. Put peanut oil in the pot and heat it over high fire. When the order is slightly different, fry the whole carp until both sides are yellow, then cook the cooking wine, then add Chili noodles, shredded Tricholoma matsutake, refined salt, soy sauce and ginger slices in turn, boil over low heat, add scallion, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and pepper, and serve.

Stewed beef with potatoes

Ingredients: beef tendon, potato, carrot, onion and tomato braised seasoning.

Exercise:

1. Cut beef tendon into large pieces, and cut potatoes, carrots and onions into hob pieces.

2. Cool the oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the potatoes, carrots and onions, and then add the beef. Just change the color of both sides of the fried beef slightly, and you can smell the onion.

3. Add boiling water without ingredients, add seasonings, bring to a boil, skim off the floating foam, turn to a smaller pot and simmer until you can easily pierce the beef with a fork, and then turn on the fire to collect the juice.

Stewed eggplant and potatoes with chicken legs

Ingredients: chicken leg, potato, eggplant, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine.

Exercise:

1. Cut chicken legs, potatoes and eggplant into 2x2cm cubes. Marinate chicken legs with cooking wine, pepper, a little salt, a little salad oil and soy sauce 15 minutes. Slice onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

2. Put the oil in the hot pot and cool it, and add the onion, ginger and garlic slices. Stir-fry the chicken leg. When it turns white, add potato pieces and stir fry a few times. Then add eggplant and stir fry a few times. Chicken legs and potato eggplant with water.

3. Add soy sauce to your favorite color, add pepper noodles and sugar to refresh. When the fire boils, turn to medium heat for stewing 15 minutes. Season with salt. Add various seasonings according to personal taste.

Steamed tofu with minced meat

Composition:

1 banana, 2 eggs, sugar, flour, starch, salad oil.

Exercise:

1) Peel bananas and cut them into pieces of similar size.

2) Beat the eggs into a bowl, add flour, starch, water and a little salad oil, and stir into a uniform batter.

3) Pat the banana block with a little dry starch.

4) Then hang the paste.

5) When the oil is 70% hot, slowly fry the banana slices with paste.
