Exercise:
1. Chop ribs (slightly larger), blanch with water, and remove blood foam. Peel and wash the lotus root and cut it into large pieces. Put ginger, lotus root and washed ribs in a saucepan.
2. add water to the staple food in the stew pot, and stew for four to five hours after the fire is boiled.
3. Add Lycium barbarum half an hour in advance, add salt, stew for a while and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tip: Don't put Lycium barbarum into the pot too early, or it will melt. Ribs lotus root soup is light, so the stew is delicate and not greasy, the lotus root is slightly sweet, and the soup is fresh and original.
