1. Prepare eggplant and bag.
First, you should choose fresh eggplant and slice it with a knife. Then you can choose to use an ice bag or a fresh-keeping bag to pack the cut eggplant.
Cooking eggplant
Eggplant needs heating before freezing. Boil eggplant pieces for 3 minutes, then put them in cold water 15-20 seconds to reduce the heat to avoid cracking.

The optimum temperature of frozen eggplant is about-18 C, so it should be stored in the freezer. During storage, high temperature or temperature rise should be avoided, otherwise the eggplant may be broken or otherwise damaged.
Thaw and cook.
