Ingredients: celery and carrots
Accessories:
Sesame, sesame oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, minced garlic.
Production steps
1 shred celery and carrot respectively;
Blanch shredded celery and shredded carrot with boiling water (if you like to eat carrots raw, you can omit this step, because most British people also eat celery raw, so if you are lazy, you can skip the second step and go directly to the third step).
Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and minced garlic, and mix well to serve.
Fried eggs with chopped green onion
Ingredients: 3-4 eggs.
Accessories: 2-3 shallots, proper amount of edible oil and salt.
1 Wash shallots, cut into small pieces, and cut shallots into chopped green onions;
Pour the oil into a hot pot and simmer for 50% heat. Stir-fry the scallion slowly until it turns black and crisp, make scallion oil, remove the scallion and discard it.
3 Eggs are broken into egg liquid with salt, and water is injected (the amount is 4/5 of the soup bowl).
4 Increase the firepower (medium fire), pour the egg liquid into the onion oil, and when you see the egg liquid around the pot tightening and caking, shovel the bottom of the egg quickly with a shovel (to avoid the egg sticking to the pot and zooming), wait until the egg liquid in the pot is all caked and solidified, and the soup is less, that is, good.
Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion for decoration.
Curry Beef
Ingredients: 500 grams of beef.
Potatoes, onions and half a slice of ginger.
Carrots, milk (preferably coconut milk) and a bag of onions.
Accessories: curry, a box of salt, a little vegetable oil, a little cooking wine.
Production steps
1 Dice beef, peel potatoes and cut into hob blocks, and shred onions and carrots for later use.
2. Add water without beef nuggets into the pot, add cooking wine, ginger slices, onion slices and beef nuggets, boil over high fire and skim off the floating foam, then cook over low heat until it is 70% cooked, and take it out for later use. Add a little hot water to the curry block and dilute it for later use.
3 Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to another pot, add shredded onion and stir-fry until the oil temperature is 70% hot, then add beef pieces to stir-fry, then add potato pieces and carrot pieces to stir-fry, and then add selected curry juice and milk that can't pass the ingredients (coconut milk is the best here, so I switch to milk). When the fire boils, use low heat to cook, and keep stirring in the middle to avoid sticking to the pot.
