500 grams of mung bean vegetables
2 ~ 3 gluten

Wash mung beans and vegetables.

Gluten shredding
Third step
Blanch mung bean vegetables with boiling water and let them cool.
Fourth step
Heat chopped green onion in oil, pour in mung bean vegetables, stir-fry a few times, pour in cooking wine and vinegar, and add sugar.
Step five
Add gluten and stir fry.
Step 6
Stir-fry until the gluten absorbs the soup, add appropriate amount of salt and serve.

White vinegar can be used if the color is light. I use vinegar alone here, because I like dishes with heavy colors.
